Currently in the US there are only 3 authorized methods to treat cancer (aside from special permission to experiment), 2 of these treatments are known to be carcinogenic themselves.
-
Radiation “therapy”
-
Chemotherapy (a serious of poisonous carcinogens that attack your bodies cells and see who gives up first)
-
Removing the cancer/tumor through surgery.
Oy vey! Although a tough subject to discuss, cancer is curable and has been cured hundreds of thousands of times. There is a very good reason that this many doctors have died recently.
Many of us, including myself have lost a direct family member to a completely curable sickness that we have been led to believe is a terrifying death sentence.

I've heard, and it sounds reasonable, that biopsy can help it spread, as cells break loose during the process. I would think surgery might have similar problems, but it does remove the bulk of the tumor. One main problem with chemotherapy is it often knocks down the immune system which is needed to fight any remaining cancer cells. Also, I understand "survival" is defined as living 5 yrs from diagnosis; if you die 5 yrs and 1 day later, the treatment is still documented as having made you survive.
