The 2nd A. permitted American citizens to own battleships if you could purchase one. Wooden Men-of-War. State of the art. They were hired in the 18th century to assist in killing muslims on the shores of Tripoli.
I want a nuke.
........which brings up this question: What would you do if you had the fissionable material to build your own atomic bomb? You could go anywhere on earth, but could only detonate it by pushing a red button on its control panel? Hypothetically speaking.

I asked this same question to a cousin of mine. He said he'd push the button. I said, "Len, let me finish the question..." nope. Didn't matter. He was so pissed off at the niggers and Portuguese that lived in his area that that was it. If you gave him a nuclear bomb with a button, he would immediately press it.
....really makes you think.
