Crazy that the 70s will soon be half a century ago

Even crazier for those of us born in the '70s; that said, however, it's still worth it. I am eternally grateful to be a non-millennial.

Don't flaunt. I caught tail end of what is considered the snowflake, emoji generation. I feel as if I'm some sort of nigger.

Hey, how about those of us who were in college in the '70s. I took my AR-15 to school several times and just walked across campus with it to my class.

Do shit while you are young. The years can pass so fast it will disturb you how mortal we are. Don't wait to have children. Do something magnificent now, not then, it's always too late. Graveyards are full of unrealized potential.

If one could harness the potential energy of all those wasted moments and lives, wow. We'd be on to something I think.

What happened to America?

Niggers. I'm not shitting you. Can't leave your guns in your gun rack when you're driving through a major city. We don't have that problem in small white towns.

Gee I wonder why.

Nike happened, that big red swoop was hot shit that meant that you were cool. It showed your parents had enough money to cloth you stylishly. Pussy noticed because it was shallow as the kiddy pool as was everyone at that age in that age of that age....inception. I digress.

Shotguns have always been around. They've grown up some and gotten really sexy too. They've got some automatic ones that are beyond measure. Autoshotgun; for when you need to clean off an entire block of assholes, zombies or what the fuck ever isn't in full blown body armor.

But I think the best is the over under double barrel. It's skeet shooting. That isn't nigger talk either. It's about being badass with clay pigeons, which translates into you shoot fuck out of game birds, which also translates into you are an artist in combat with a shotgun. I talked to old nam guys who did 'shotgun platoons' and the destruction is off the hooks on villages. I digress.

Things happen, they couldn't take us with a straight up fight, so they ganked us with social marxism.

I see your shotgun mayhem squad and I raise you a few dozen Daisy cutters dropped from F4 Phantoms.

People back then would shit if you told them how far we've fallen in the future. I'm from that era and it's hard for me to believe.

Social Marxism via the Carter Administration got a big foothold and took off like wildfire here. They just dumped resources into subversive shit here instead of being overtly aggressive. I'm talking about the (((usual suspects))). I know I sound like a broken record, but you have to understand 'big picture' things to see through the fog of war and big picture always finds (((them))) with their hands in the cookie jar.

We were weakened from within and taken over from within. This isn't the same America as that era. We've lost and it's really fucking sad we can't even see it.

This isn't the same America as that era.

I had an older relative pass away recently; he was the epitome of grace and good manners, an old-fashioned gentleman. He lived close to 90 years. If he saw or heard something that would have fit the definition of "that sort of behavior would have never flown while I was young", he would just pretty much stop talking rather than offer an opinion. The longer he lived, the more I noticed those quiet gaps in conversations.

Having given some amount of thought to the subject, yeah, if I were to transport myself right now back to a year in America's past, if I wanted to find the best years to live in America, I would pick sometime around 1919.

Then the boy would bring a shotgun to school and the entire report would end up being a paragraph just before the used tire ads in the back of the paper.

As a teacher in a quality school district on a campus that has yet to be fenced in entirely, I feel I can count on the households that are literally across the street to help fill in the gaps here. However, I am 100% for teachers carrying in the classroom if, and only if, the minimum requirement to be a teacher is raised to the appropriate level. At this point, any motherfucker off the street can be a substitute, let alone, a long-term substitute. This doesn't even bring into the equation the loose cannons and those that should've retired years ago of the teachers that still exist. I'm young enough to fall under the annual contract rule. I have a love/hate relationship with this rule. Shit teachers can be canned immediately, however getting on the wrong side of administration gets you blackballed/fucked regardless of ability. Their job is to keep their numbers up and if you show the slightest weakness, warranted or not, you're in the crosshairs. At that point the union is your only defense.

I hate unions, but in this situation, I honestly have no choice as a young teacher.
