What could the health care system do that it's not doing already? Muh eat less and move more? Look at how well that's worked out...

refuse to keep them alive when they are killing themselves. "health at any size" is propped up because these people live longer than they should.

Mortality increases after 35 bmi. People with bmi over 30 to 35 and are fit have the same mortality rate as fit thin people. Weight != health
