Mine was the wife of one of our school's pastors. I believe she only had an associate's degree. I mean, she taught the material, but I think she was under-qualified for the job. Maybe that's an unfair assessment, but I have my Bachelor's in the same field, and I'm pretty sure I could teach it better than she did. At the very least emphasize safety in materials handling and give the students free reign so as to try not to quash their creativity.
