Stalin was from Georgia so he spoke Georgian or Kartuli, although later in life he refused to speak it in keeping in his own portrayal as a Russian nationalist.
He also spoke colloquial Armenian, which he picked up while he was growing up. He knew German and French (the de rigeur languages among revolutionaries), and of course Russian as was spoken during Tsarist times, although with a strong Georgian accent which he was never able to shake off.
He may have understood some English, but was never fluent with it.

"When one man dies it's a tragedy. When thousands die it's statistics." - Stalin

When a million men die*
It's a statistic.*
Not to be nitpicky but that is the quote attributed to him. It sounds better this way too, stays constant (a million/ a tragedy/ a statistic).
