There are confirmed conspiracy theories such as war-goods being loaded onto the Lucitania insurance fraud with the Titanic.
"Debunked conspiracy theory" would be to say an established piece of evidence excludes the plausibility of the theory in question.

So pizzagate was the fastest conspiracy theory to ever be debunked? Because I think a month after it got traction Wikipedia was all, "oh yeah this shit isnt real. We have no evidence that suggests it's not to counter the facts and evidence that it is." Bullshit.
