I got into a debate with my sister the other day about Muslims in general. I was trying to explain the massive amounts of inbreeding that is a result of marrying first cousins being socially acceptable.
Today I got into a debate with my sister over metabolisms and how they don't differ dramatically from one person to the next. She continuously tried to make her point that her thin friend could eat just as much as her and not gain anything the next day. That she gained weight even if she ate less. Three other family members joined in and took her side.
The most frustrating part of it all is they will not follow through. They just STOP responding and give you the stink eye or go: "UGH." and tell you that they don't trust where you got your sources or statistics from. I'll offer that we go home and do some research on the topic and they'll turn their cheek.
I'm getting so frustrated and need to learn to shut the fuck up when people say something stupid.

Nobody likes being red pilled forcibly.
Talk about gentile mutilation and things women can relate to instead of possible in-breeding which might or might not be true.
Calling out your sister for being a fatty is rough. It's your mum's fault and she knows it so she'll side with your sister. U loose.
Of course, they won't follow through and look up shit. They are content with their lives.
I'd drop questions about how can 1 guy bomb all those little girls? And talk about how a mosque will require businesses to shutter if they are 500 feet or what ever near them. Basically, bring up topics that the morning shows avoid and CNN sugar coats.
As for fatties ... Not much to do except wait until chances pop up. Eating less suddenly should actually make you gain wait since you go into starvation mode and the body thinks it needs to store calories. I'm not a dietician so you need more facts to shame a fatty unless you call them out all the time. I'd go science on them though.
