I vehemently disagree with his missile strike because it provokes a violent response from Russia and China.

I voted for Trump and support his other positions but fuck another needless war in the Middle East.

Our young men don't need to die for some cunts in the Military Industrial Complex and asshole politicians.

Trump should listen to Bannon and throw cuck boy Kushner out!

I agree. But apparently that makes you and I shills.

Yes, ShareBlue is out trying to twist this disagreeable act into a propaganda campaign to disavow Trump, but that does not make all those criticizing his act shills.

Trump has been rather successful so far, considering the limitations of his position, and I approve of much of what he's done. While I recognize that this attack may be a controversial stage in a greater strategic plan, I do not think it was wise and I am against any acts that may bring / keep the West in the Middle East.

Welcome to voat discourse. Anyone who disagrees with the prevailing opinion is a shill, and that way no one has to debate you!

"Another needless war in the Middle East?" We have been involved in wars in the middle east non-stop for a decade-and-a-half now (and that isn't even counting Desert Storm or Desert Strike in the decade prior). This isn't new. Trump didn't just declare some new war. The only thing he hasn't done is end it, but that isn't something he could do in the first place.

That suddenly makes it ok to start bombing Syrian air bases?

This could start another war but yeah he hasn't officially started one yet. With Kushner in his ear who knows how long before it happens. Throw that scumbag out.

What are you talking about? The US military hasn't been in active hostilities against the Assad regime, at least not since Daddy Assad sent Reagan running.

We have been involved in wars in the middle east non-stop

since double you double you two. War takes resources. Hitler wanted it, the English had it, and the Americans helped keep it. Now Russia wants it, the US wants it, and if anyone else comes into power, they will want it. Until the resources dry up, we will fight for it. Only a fool would use up all their own resources before first depleting all other available resources.

Same old war. Just that now US is tapping in? Your vote is for the guy to make ddcisions given information you will never be privvy to. Btw, I read around here Russia was tipped off and got triops out first? So probably its just a crazy Trump-style flexing.

My favorite was askreddits where people would ask that, and even on reddit everyone was like, nope, don't regret it. They legit were asking like a week or two after the election like somehow everyone's minds would change.

I remember.

But executing the Globalists and Jews political agenda - to fuck up, ehm I mean "free Syria from Asad 'regime'" - is actually not the thing many people wanted when supporting anti-Globalist Trump.

p.s. I still do NOT regret that Trump won, obviously Shillary, and commie Sanders were far far worse. But Trump dissapoints here. Let's see what happens next, but if he pushes globalists wish to kill/remove Asad, then it will be very shitty.

The "I regret voting for Trump" came out before the inauguration, they've been running propaganda for almost a year.

Anyone who "supports" a man by default - instead of assessing his decisions on their merits - is a mindless fool.

Then the opposite must also be true. Anyone who attacks a man by default...

And yet here you are, constant Mr Anti.

No, we know the conspiritards have their own thing going on. This is specifically about the influx of shills over the airfield bombing using a limited set of argumentation templates. You guys keep bein' you. But we need to deal with short term problems like this when they crop up.

[–] goship 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

Yeah what a conspiracy.

And it's totally logical that Asad would wait until he starts winning this shit, and then bomb CIVILIANS with GAS, a move that will get the wrath of entier world on him, and likelly get him thrown out or killed.

That's very legit! /s

[–] mudbear 3 points -2 points (+1|-3) ago

LOL argument templates? could it be that THERE IS A LARGE FUCKING PERCENT OF PEOPLE WHO VOTED FOR tRUMP GETTING FUCKED OFF BY HIS WARMONGERING??????? Its not an influx of trolls dickhead, this shit is grassroots, im pissed, i switched off my TV after trump got elected because i actually thought i wouldnt have to worry about warmongers like hillary or obomber starting world war 3 in Syria. The only conspiritards here are the idiots who believe that this is some trolling effort from the left and not actual pissed off voters.

Notice how they arent attacking trumps other policies? its because they arent suddenly against everything trump stood for, just this ONE IMPORTANT ISSUE, and if there is ANYTHING worth standing up against, ITS WAR.

trump didnt drain the swamp, rather the swamp drained him. Bye bye mike flynn, steve bannon etc.

Honestly a lot of Trump supporters clearly stated they supported him because they believed he would be focused totally at domestic issues and would get involved in foreign entanglements.

I take those people at their word. They thought Hillary was horrible and believed Trump would be non-interventionalist. Those people are within their right to be upset they didn't get what they wanted.

I think they are wrong, but that doesn't make them idiots or shills. It makes them some small portion of Trump supporters that he has pissed off.

Your comment made me a little sad in that it reminded me of an earlier voat where people would disagree but work hard to understand a different perspective. A rather melancholy tip of the hat to you good sir.

Not-a-shill here: I'm still a few years away from being too old to be drafted, and I hope it doesn't come to that. Going to a shithole country and killing strangers for someone else's ends doesn't really tickle my fancy. But I do stand behind the President and what he did. Everything has been meticulously planned out up until now. We just hit that first bump and to me it looks deliberate, it feels like there's a bigger plan in place. Just wait. Let the man work.

Yes, there have been plans in place for a long time, just not trumps and not plans that will benefit the people of america. your fucking kidding if you think there is anything to be gained by this! he made a mistake, he is going along with someone elses plan, the very same plan that hillary was intended to push forward. Its a shitty thing to support

Asad is the one kiling muslims and defending civilians (e.g. Christians, or atheists) there.

Now USA says they want to "remove him from power" (latest statement from UN ambasador).
