Remember that one time Hillary got caught with a private server? That was against the law too.
Remember when she had classified info on there? That was against the law too.
Remember when she deleted all of her emails? That was against the law too.
Remember when she had her staff destroy physical evidence with hammers, including cell phones and tablets? That was against the law too.
Remember when she got caught lying to the court? That was against the law too.
Remember how all these journalists are calling for the assassination of Trump? That's against the law too.
Remember how those Antifa cunts are wrecking towns because their little autistic minds can't cope with reality? That's against the law too.
Remember how all these reporters just keep shoveling the same bullshit that gets proven wrong constantly and slander? That's against the law too.
If we thought a little harder about it, I'm sure we could fire off a couple hundred more illegalities, but it doesn't change the lesson, which is, if you're a liberal, you're allowed to do whatever the fuck you want without any fear of repercussions.

If you're a wealthy, famous black man, you can make a video depicting yourself shooting the president , OR you can make a crass comment about "pimpin' out" the First Lady-NO CONSEQUENCES.

If you're a wealthy, famous white woman , you can tell a whole mob of your worshipful fans that you want to "blow up the White House"-NO CONSEQUENCES.

If you're a dumbass stripper from Kentucky , and you express a wish that someone would shoot President Trump-a visit from Secret Service agents, followed by loss of livelihood.

If you're a nobody who expresses a wish that a sitting president has a heart attack (BHO), even though that's wishing for an act of God and NOT for a human actor to commit an act of violence-you get a visit from secret service agents.

It's the double standard that's so offensive : The wealthy dumbasses have the money to pull off Heaven knows what, AND the real possibility that they have deranged fans willing to put their idol's wishes into reality. The nobodies have neither the wealth nor the power to do much of anything, and they also lack a 'fan-base' to influence much of anything-but THEY are the ones getting harassing visits meant to intimidate them from daring to express a mere wish that The Powers That Be find distasteful , and TPTB no longer feel the slightest need to pretend we're a nation of laws. If you have wealth, you are literally above the law.

March 30, 1981: John Hinckley, jr. attempted to kill President Ronald Reagan, just to get Jodie Foster to notice him.
Figured that was all the support you need to perfectly validate your claim that celebrities have power over their pathetic drones; even though Foster didn't want Reagan dead, Hinckley jr., still wanted to do it just to impress her.

There's a catch to that. You get away with it until they get what they want. Lets say H won, and succeeded in globalization & turning us commie. The useful idiots are no longer needed. They find out it was all a lie, they wielded a false power. If they expect to keep that power & get out of line, they are rounded up & shot. As far as reporters, movie stars and musicians who helped the cause... They are lined up and shot because they know too much.

It's the fact that Trump doesn't have the balls to prosecute her.

None of these people ever go to jail for breaking these kind of laws. You can mark me on it.

David Gregory broke DC's gun law on TV, nothing happened.

In my opinion, that just reinforces how these people are part of a different class. I know Americans hate that word but I can't see it any other way. That's why they hate Trump. He is more working class than he is part of their Elite circle jerk. They hate normal people and I can't wait to watch them fail.

Because these sorts of laws are frequently on shaky constitutional grounds and prosecuting a well heeled defendant could eliminate the law.

So they pretty much only enforce it against regular Americans then?

This tax return crap is meaningless nonsense.

I don't want to see his tax returns I want to see his tax cuts.

The real news is that the federal government stole $36m from Donald Trump in 2005 and continues to rob us all under his direction.

Pretty sure you can't read tax law in the time he has been in office let alone rewrite it. Also the amount of fighting that would go on if he did start pushing to really change it would be absurd. Add in we don't so much need to reduce taxes as we need to use them smarter, and start paying down the freaking debt we owe so that the taxes we do collect can be used for something other then paying interest.

If reading the existing code is a prerequisite to tossing it out we are fucked.

I hate having to defend this young man, but I'm pretty sure this is incorrect. It is also a crime to release classified information, but the First Amendment protects everyone other than those who have a specific duty as it relates to classified information. By extension, tax information can be freely disclosed if it is done by a person who did not have access to it with a duty in the first place. So somewhere along the line, someone did commit a crime for her to have this information. But her publicizing it is protected by the First Amendment, since she is not an IRS employee.

That is a virtually nonexistent crime. But completely leaving that aside, even if it were, I think such a case has no merit. If a statute tries to make the exercise of freedom of press a crime, then either the courts will find the statute unconstitutional or they will interpret it in such a way not restrain the First Amendment by applying to the case at hand.

The Pentagon Papers case and its progeny are pretty solid precedent and I'm not sure any current Justices would want to go off in a different direction. This isn't going to fall into the same cubbyhole as fences of stolen goods. It is a First Amendment case regarding freedom of the press.

In order to make criminal charges stick, they pretty much need to prove there was conspiracy before the fact. Maddow may be a stupid, butt ugly excuse for an adolescent boy, but he is pretty safe on this one.
