You're asking how human physiology would differ if we co-evolved with giant carnivorous reptiles, rather than them going extinct?

We may very well have still been small weasel-like creatures by now, since thermoregulation was one adaptation favoring proto-mammals. Without the ecological collapse that killed the mega-predators, there would be too many predators for our weasel ancestors to become monkeys, let alone for the monkeys to come out of the trees and become bipedal. We'd still be in burrows, dodging raptors (assuming only gradual changes in climate).
