You know I've sort of been following all the crap on you.

I might actually find basis in some of it if they weren't so openly, blatantly attacking you with downvoats.

Their underhanded tactics make it hard for me to believe anything. You're not supposed to downvoat based on your dislike for the user or their comment, you're supposed to do it when what they say doesn't add to the discussion. Your comments CLEARLY have added to the discussion of almost everything I see.

I have seen some of the evidence of you banning people...I'm a little confused by it, tbh, but I don't care enough to look into it. I just know that whenever I reply to your comments, I throw you an upvoat. A little boost because you are adding to the conversation, even if they don't like it. And even if you are in the wrong...it doesn't make what's going on right at all.

How is him just calling people shills adding to the conversation?

Well he's suggesting that people are essentially "breaking the law" by libel.

I personally disagree with him, because people attack people all the time on the internet, and he's a fairly popular user so he's likely to see more attacks. But this particular comment was a direct response to the parent comment showing the attacks he was talking about.

Ergo, it adds to the conversation. I have seen other comments of his being downvoated into oblivion that also added to the conversation, many times in much better ways than this one.

What he's doing people may not like, but if he's adding to the conversation and getting downvoated, that's against how voat is supposed to work.

Hell, I pointed out that his comments were being downvoated into oblivion as a direct response to one of his comments, and that got downvoated.
