The media is showing protests for every action President Trump makes. Those who have commitments and responsibilities are at a disadvantage as we cannot take time to counter protest or do a supportive rally regularly. I am trying to think of practical and useful ways to show support of the US President and his policies. I am hoping to get ideas from others as well.
Voting - Obvious, but it only happens every couple of years.
Writing my representatives - I have no idea how useful this is. I have done it rarely before, and never got a meaningful response. I have done it quite a bit more the last few months. I am still not getting a response other than "thank you for your message".
Talking to reasonable people in my life - Sharing news stories about the dangers we face and discussing them seems to be effective, but slow and very low volume.
Donating to political groups - I don't care for this option as I don't trust the GOP at all. I can't think of a political group that would be aligned with President Trump generally. If there is, I am interested.
Please share ideas of things a working person can do to support the policies of President Trump. Just because I cant take days off to go block traffic somewhere shouldn’t mean that my voice does not count.

Speaking to normal people about it makes a bigger impact. Go post comments on your local boards, newssites, instagram and twitter feeds. Post if you agree with what he is trying to do, and how the media is twisting every story to make him the villian. He is doing amazing work in record time, people just need to hear more regular people supporting the ACTIONS he is taking more often. Once (normal) people see a calm logical description of what is really happening, they change their mind pretty quick. You just have to break the CNN trance a few times.
