I'm really on the fence about the EPA in particular. There needs to be some regulation to prevent Flint Michigan style issues, but the EPA is grossly expensive and overreaching in some cases.
That's why they should be disbanded, and something put in place that can actually prevent these issues. I'm not saying another government agency, perhaps the correct laws on the books can give citizens the tools to protect themselves.

I don't recall the EPA helping in Flint. In fact, I believe they were very silent on the matter.

EPA didnt do anything to prevent what happend in Flint or anywhere else.

The EPA is directly responsible for polluting rivers. They got all hush hush after the colorado mine leak.
