Lol, funny thing about that is the latter half of my comment was supposed to be a joke. The beginning half, I think, makes a lot of sense, which is why you clearly don't have an argument against it.
I'm actually arguing that I've yet to see someone explain how cutting back on (or altogether stopping) burning fossil fuels is going to slow the deterioration of our ozone layer, the melting of our polar ice caps, or any of the other side effects of this natural occurrence that we happened to initiate early. If there's actual math to prove it'll work and I'm an uninformed moron, it should've been in your first comment.
And again, nobody has an argument for the fact that cutting back on fossil fuels will happen because of renewables being a superior good. Lower taxes will bring cheaper electric cars, solar panels, wind turbines, etc. Oil will continue to have a special tax on top of it, which'll dissuade consumers and corporations from using it. We don't need laws to say oil is bad, the economy, fixed under Trump's plan, will tell us that.

Poe's law. I'm sure some of you idiots are in favor of a scorched earth.
Oh yeah, because there's absolutely not effort underway to slow it down. Are you actually arguing that?
