You are absolutely, stunningly wrong. Girls with heavy, painful periods are in particular likely to have incredible pain, full body pain. Overweight girls, red haired girls, you're ignorant. Childbirth, even miscarriage, can be monstrously painful, including the spontaneous vomiting OP mentioned, spontaneous waste evacuation, and other symptoms of agony. This is without mentioning the perineal ripping, rupturing, tears between a centimeter and a foot. Bruising, scarred perineal tissue that heals brittle and rips during even the most gentle intercourse.

I'm guessing he's an Intelligent Design proponent. That's what they argue - that the body is designed to do a thing, so no pain comes of it. You know, like teeth growing in, or a woman's period, or thundering painful diarrhea, gas & indigestion, or women who can't have intercourse because it's too painful, for example. No pain there whatsoever.
Their problem of course is thinking that the body is "intelligently" "designed". They of course write off any evidence & examples of them being full of shit as over-exaggeration or outright lying.
