Unfortunately no. People tolerate their presence because otherwise they'll have an investigation opened on them which will be a prelude to being fired. Fuck political correctness. No one should have to work with a freak that makes them uncomfortable.

I don't accept or support any of this nonsense, but I'm curious what would make one 'uncomfortable' about these ridiculous people living their ridiculous lives. Keep in mind, I've never had a professional job, or a boss, so there's an aspect to work environments that is totally unfamiliar to me.

Having a tranny around kills any sense of humor and politically incorrect bonding that would otherwise take place in most work places.

It's basically a huge buzz kill because everyone knows this is a person that cannot be offended in any way and people therefore walk on pins and needles when interacting with them. It's not exclusive to trannies although it's almost a given that a tranny would take offense to politically incorrect humor.

Sadly the number these types of people in the workforce is increasing each year. Fortunately I'll be financially independent in the near future so I won't have to give a fuck.

It's bad enough with over-zealous sexual "harassment" policies, that as written can get you fired for simply making the office cunt mildly uncomfortable. In addition to making it a legal liability to talk to women, they are now throwing in a bunch of extra rules that are constantly changing and defy common sense.

This is a bit on the paranoid side, clearly these policies are not enforced 100% all of the time, but the potential is still always there.

I don't have the resources to get a study going on this, but I'm fairly certain that this reduces morale and productivity among males.
