i would suggest to stop using mcafee. that AV is incredibly dangerous to use. use something else like malwarebytes or avg/avira.

when you click View site report on the bottom left what does it say?

McAfee has a high rate of false positives, I've had to send exception requests on several occasions to their research dept.

You could send in a false positive yourself: virus_research@mcafee.com

But I'm not sure the same process will work for web-pages.

It is very inconsistent in finding threats and protecting your PC, if you are happy with it and works for you then by all means continue using it! unfortunately it doesn't provide ANY kind of information on why it blocks you from visiting slimgur.

all other scanners report the site as clean. https://www.virustotal.com/en/url/de8fa01e405f3d161734752af42b9cb019282fe6d9c59c60641473755e23d1e7/analysis/
