Yeah, dude. I'm all in favor of compulsory Defensive Driving courses, as well. People also need to stop being so afraid to drive in weather of any kind. You don't have to act like a rally driver, just don't take a full minute to take a right turn.
It's not the guy going 20 over on the highway that you need to worry about. It's the woman doing her makeup, while scolding her kids in the back seat that kills people. People who don't take care of their cars are a good indicator of a bad driver, as well, but this is not universal.
I see a lot of hysterical fucking retards on the road, who don't know how to ease into a brake, constantly on their phones, fuck, even my mother texts while driving! It's infuriating.
Oh, and Snow Tires, if you're in the north. Why the fuck do people consider this to be an option or luxury? I got my car a set of Pirelli SnowControls and it just wants to eat snow for breakfast. Another good brand of snow tire is Hankook WinterPike and Winter i-Pike tires. I don't know if they make the former anymore, but the latter is studdable as an option, and I swear by them. Never once have I lost traction in my Jeep.

Same, I speed whenever I can. 55mph is pathetic, I drive a car that can handle a medium turn in the hundred-plus range, why should I be limited by half that in a straight line?
I don't really hit triple digit speeds that often, but if the U.S. got its shit together and built a coast to coast autobahn, I would for sure.
