What an age we live in. Plainly stating common sense is a radical act of defiance.

Reminds me what once someone said about /pol/, it was something along the lines of: "We're so fucked up that young men turning to tradition, conservatism, family values and sometimes organized religion has become the ultimate act of rebellion".

Conservatism is the new counter-culture. 6 years ago in college in my sociology class my professor was asking about examples of counter-cultures and that was my reply, she never saw it coming. SJWism and political correctness wasn't even that big back then.

Completely blue pilled on corporate oligarchy. Rich people owe us shit because they've been rigging the system in their favor and shipping our jobs over seas.

So yes the rich absolutely owe us, getting a job isnt really a voluntary thing, we are slaves.

What you need citizen, is Libertarianism. Then you will not be a slave. Then you will be free to die of starvation while your private actors take over the world and leave you alone.

Gotta say, this sounds more like the governing body is to blame. At one point in American history that would be the people alone, today it appears (with collusion between special interests and wealthy lobbyists and the government officials) that the scope of the problem has shifted to point a bit higher into the power structure. If we as a whole were to decide not to allow such laws that prevent the people from living their lives outside of the predestined box, the rich wouldn't really have the power to stop it, but lying and cheating politicians would...

I'm glad Trump won for the sake of my race, but I agree with the above sentiments. Most of the income of America's rich is passive; that is, unearned; via rent, capital gains, interest, etc.. And most members of America's upper class got there by birthright; American socioeconomic mobility is lowest only next to Britain.

We should forbid regulations against growing food in one's yard and eliminate many taxes and regulations against basement businesses. Only when one's business becomes worth more than a million dollars should it have to shoulder those responsibilities.

Wealth and class privilege are the only credible unearned privileges in our current system - besides, perhaps, not being born defective or ugly - and I refuse to do as the blue-collar Republican by pretending that "job creators'" interests are the same as my own out of some macho need to sound well-off and self-sufficient myself.

"Rich people don't owe you shit" Hmm I beg to differ, they owe us some since they wouldn't be rich without us working and making the shit that makes them rich. I'm fine with everything else.

"they wouldn't be rich without us working and making the shit that makes them rich."

If you work for them, you do so voluntarily through mutually agreed upon terms. That means neither side ows the other side a favor.

Complaining is how you gain leverage to renegotiate.

As long as they get rich within the law, your argument holds no water.
