That is google's site analytics.js sourced by google-analytics.com. I run my browser with uMatrix, which disables all site scripts and plugin interactions until I enable them. Analytics is used to get information from the browser for statistical data and website tracking. This image was sourced from henley-putnam.edu.

Which means, all you are going to see, according to the html file, is this image: http://www.henley-putnam.edu/Portals/_default/Skins/henley/images/loading.gif
