Become a bookbinder. You can find lots of tips in /v/BookBinding. She can help arrange and design the workshop/studio and help with the creations and maybe get into marbling paper for your books. :)

Definitely if they are hipstery enough. But I'd go into it with an artisan's approach. Bind fine leather books with excellent materials. Get older clients who appreciate hand-crafted work.
