I am pretty sure 99% of them are local.. His speeches don't change much from rally to rally (they do slowly change in content over time, but if you go to like 5 rallies in a row, they will be relatively the same content).. Plus any one can see the speeches on the internet (I watch them a lot actually just to have some thing to watch while I eat dinner).. But no one (not many any way) are going to drive from place to place just to hear the same speech over and over..
As far as civil-war numbers, I have no idea, there are too many factors involved for my brain to figure out how a civil war would play out..
