These days you don't even have to go out of your way to get water cooling. You can just buy regular custom coolers that are all in one. I bought a 120mm radiator+fan water cooling unit for my i7-6700k and it's running at 25C idle (my room temp) and 35-38C load. Dead silent. And if you want to fork out extra, you can get the bigger radiators. And do the same for your video card(s).

I think for my next build I might go with water-cooled. But that is years down the road.
