It's large because there is no fan, this is called "passive" cooling and is 100% silent.
I've built a few silent PCs for family; passively cooled MOBO, SSD, no case fans. It's an odd sensation when you turn it on and there is no noise.

So perhaps I'm imagining this wrong, but basically you have a PC with multiple heatsinks wherever they are needed?
