Diets don't work.
Diets make the lean fatter.

No, short term diets don't work. Your diet is what you eat everyday. You can't eat well for a month and then go back to your lifetime of shoveling in garbage and this your going to keep your results. Fucking fat morons. You have to eat well for the rest of your fucking life you worthless shit stain.

Read the links.
I know what a diet is you don't need to tell me. It's clear that when I say diet that I mean caloric restriction with the desire to achieve weight loss.
You don't know shit about homeostasis, the hypothalamus, insulin and adaptive thermogenesis.
I'd be rich if I had 1 cent for each time one of you morons called me fat.
Read the links I put. The one study I linked is a meta-analysis of all of the relevant dieting studies.
Take a stab at this.

The phrase doesn't mean go out and start a diet to lose weight. It means that if you chug a 2 liter of soda at each meal and drown your food in ranch, no amount of exercise is going to make you skinny.

Exercise doesn't make you thin in the first place. Why this is pushed I have no idea.
