Obviously I have no details on the case so everything I say is just an assumption. But I'm sure he probably had the place staked out at some minimal level and was aware of entry points. It's probably a popular and busy nightclub with a lot of people, which is why the body count is as high as it was. He probably parked near an entrance, gun at the ready. Then just quickly makes a beeline in. If anyone, including any sort of security, at his point of entry saw him with a gun, they likely fled or were shot as he made his way in. Speaking of security, it probably consisted of a few bouncers, nothing else. The crowd inside would be unaware of anything for a few moments because of the loud music. But once inside with all those people, he probably didn't even have to aim much at first. Just start firing off rounds in the general direction of groups of people. Then it's all downhill from there.
