I like how you assume I'm American just because I'm having perplexities on the opportunity of having SFW and NSFW all bundled together. Also, I really couldn't care less personally in ending up in NSFW subverses while randomly jumping around Voat, but I do believe that people should have an option to separate the two.

(And for what it's worth, I'm pretty sure /v/avatarporn and similar subverses rank NSFW in most European countries as much as it does in the USA.)

No there isn't, there is one to disable NSFW content in general. (And if it was there, it would still rather impractical as it would require toggling the switch whenever one wanted to browse random NSFW subverses.)
