If you care that much, just speak with your wallets instead of with your words. But let's face it, the people outraged at this are the same people who were outraged at the Chick-Fil-A donating to anti-gay groups a few years ago. 99% of these people have never bought a Marvel comic or gone to Chick-Fil-A and likely never will, so they can't speak with their wallets.
And honestly this is Disney we're talking about and the cost-cutting measures they're already forcing on Marvel (cover stock is the same as interior pages and hiring new writers instead of paying more and retaining good ones all while maintaining a $3.99 cover price as opposed to 1/3rd of DC's titles that are still $2.99 with better cover stock) so they'll probably just run the comic side of Marvel into the ground as long as the movies keep making money.
Me, I'm going to keep buying the Marvel comics I subscribe to while the writing isn't complete shit (what can I say, I'm a sucker for Spider-man). But I'm subscribed to fewer Marvels titles now than I was a year ago, so I guess that means the writing has become shit on at least a few of the titles.
