“The use of the guillotine continued in France well into the 20th century, diminishing during the 1960s and ’70s, with only eight executions occurring between 1965 and the last one in 1977. In September 1981 France outlawed capital punishment and abandoned the use of the guillotine.“

and by France what is meant is private central banks, they introduced them when they needed to get rid of monarchy, and full power was more or less acquired around 72 (they had it before but wars and shit...), by 1981, it was essentially only a threat to themselves hehe

Those were last minutes before 9pm police hour and travel restrictions from midnight on. We already have this. I was curious today.. after 9pm was the only person out there.. just unbelievable experience.
There should be some similar price for them fleeing NYC, CA, and Chibongo and seeking refuge in places like my rural Missouri. I saw what they did to Colorado 30 years ago. My parents saw this all coming and left SoCal in 1974 with us 7 kids, it wasn't easy, but I am thankful.

It seems like it would be simpler for everyone to just overrun the capital and throw Macron off a building.

As much as it might be a two part problem, you know which is the bigger problem of the two.

There is no 'exodus', it's every night the same, just a lot of people moving around by car

Poland, Czechoslovakia, um other places over in that area.
