Justifiable use of lethal force does not cover loss of valuables or damage to property, only potential loss of life. Depending on the jurisdiction, typically only the following things can confer the right for an individual citizen to apply lethal force:

1. Attempted murder/serious bodily harm.
2. Attempted kidnapping.
3. Attempted rape.
4. Attempted arson of an occupied building.

The point of owning firearms is self-defense to protect your life from an aggressor, be it a street hood or the government. Some of us think it should be applied on a greater spectrum to property and well being, but the law does not explicitly support it.

if its valuable enough it represents a significant portion of your lifes effort. Property needs to be included again.

That's some kike faggot shit. The 2nd amendment gives you the uninfingable right to keep and bear arms. Do you know what the term bear arms means? It means to wear and use the damn things. You have the right to use whatever weapon you want under the laws of the land. Anyone telling you otherwise is an enemy to the United States of America and deserves an execution.
