I didn't see them put down any kind of serious footing or foundation, so it appears that the hospital is going to "float" on a reinforced concrete slab. I wonder what the ground is like? In a lot of China, it is soft and squishy. New highrises have fallen over when the ground gave way beneath them. But I suppose the Chinese don't expect this hospital to be in use more than a few years anyway.
