What is with them randomly yelling "ah" every few words when "debating"? Is that a quick break for them to look down and read the next few words because that is all they can remember or is it something else?
It's because they're trying to talk fast, but their brains aren't keeping up. CX debate is partially based on how many arguments you can put out or address in the short time period. Look up "CX spreading" and you'll see people actually using the technique well-- it's kinda ridiculous how fast many of them go.
