I agree, obviously fake. Just look at super genius inventor's workbench pegboard: A huge rubber mallet, some pliers, a fancy set of box wrenches, and 20 kinds of duct tape! Every guy who builds equipment for extra-terrestrial exploration needs those and an expensive haircut.

I was suspicious the second I heard NASA, they are master propagandists and you should not trust a damn thing they say. I was obsessed with curiosity when it was happening, during testing they couldn't even get the sky crane to function properly and blamed it on its design for Mar's weaker gravity. Now I'm sure it was all bullshit, if there is a rover there, it didn't get there they way they claim.

Doesn't matter what he says he did, his workbench has a dozen rolls of duct tape on hooks and a monkey wrench and some sockets. Looks like something a set designer who never actually did anything would design. And there's the hair.
