he certainly sounds like he is deep pain. He had to swallow the reality of the situation, and i give him that. The first major step to fixing a problem is by admitting it exists.

The implications are big enough that it's not clear a solution exists; at least not a solution in which locally designed and maintained metropolises sprout up all over Africa. The truth is sometimes terrible. I've been exposed to a lot of race realism, but something about this speech let me feel the pain that's normally hidden under the cloak of political correctness.

Maybe the best solution is just "accept as a large group that African culture and gene pools are inhospitable to any form of stable government". The closest you get are from dictatorial regimes, and all of those just break apart violently every few decades.
