Yup, 1 bad apple and other cop(s) just stands there letting it happen.
The psycho cop experience is a real eye opener.

Had many experiences interacting with cops.
Many good and a few very bad (one instance, I was trying to help them).
The bad experiences absolutely destroy any good will to them.

Piss one off and evidence gets planted, bogus chargers created and bonus a fresh beating.
Benefit of the doubt is given to the cop and the citizen is absolutely fucked.
I don't want to play the ghetto lottery.

You hit the nail on the head. If you're unlucky enough to end up interacting with a crooked cop, they can ruin your life worse than many criminals.
