The 172 has ben the standard go-to 4 seater for soo many decades its silly. I wanted one for awhile, could never get a hanger where I lived( years long waiting lists...).
One day I may build myself an autogyro instead. Watched a video of perhaps the original inventor in England launch one from his tiny garage through his small garden. Have been mesmerized by it since,

No idea but I'm gonna stay with something I know, My 172

In the US it's an ultralight, with no license needed -- but you can't fly over cities.
