I like how he wasted half of the video trying to explain why he wasn't at fault.

I ride a big cruiser bike and sports bike riders are typically despised in motorcycle rider circles because they are almost always massive douchebags. These are the guys that you see riding up the middle of the highway between 2 cars going 150 mph or doing wheelys and shit on a busy highway like everybody around them are supposed to give a shit. Sorry to any crotch rocket riders here, but you are a part of some really faggoty company.

I've been riding superbikes for 4 years and have never had a single problem on the road. Maybe because I'm not a fuckhead. I also use my bike for transport these days, rarely leisure. I sure do see a lot of stupidity and dangerous behavior from people on similar bikes. I wiped out on a corner years ago from what boiled down to a lapse in concentration. Once is enough, so every ride I am in full focus. They also nod to me as they pass me, as if there's some camaraderie or brotherhood of sports bikes. Rarely do I see people in full gear. It's not hard to see why we have such a shitty rep.

My first bike was a GSXR 750 which I traded in before long for a Suzuki Marauder 1600 because I'm 6'1 and it was brutal on my back being hunched over like that. I'm not without sympathy for guys on crotch rockets because they are wicked fast and its hard not to want to fly around everywhere. These days I ride a Honda VTX 1800 and I give a friendly wave to all fellow riders whatever they ride. Sports bike guys will wave back but they seem surprised that I would wave at them. I do tend to get the cold shoulder from Harley riders because they are elitist cunts.

That bike he's riding is a grom which is tiny and slow. I doubt he's some kind of bike hoon but he's probably just a generic road raging retard.

It's worse. Its no sportbike. I would have had an ounce of respect if it was. It looks like a fucking Grom.

1) It looks like he's riding a Grom. Jesus a fucking grom? For those that don't know, its a small beginner SCOOTER perfect for high school kids to get around on. It will do MAX 46 mph. If you didn't get it to get around the pits at any racing event, as an Adult over 21, you should not be riding one. Its a Fat Girl, a Moped. Fun but seriously adults look like tool bags riding them.

2) He should have NEVER been instigating the fight. He DID cut the car off, He DID flip him off for no reason, he DID ask for the beating that was far lighter than I would have ever done. I think I would have gotten the tire iron.

3) I hope someone prosecutes this asshole, jails him and takes his MC license away. He has no business on a motorcycle. He's giving the rest of us a BAD NAME.

This how fucking stupid people look riding these.

SCOOTER

It's got four speeds and a clutch. It's a bike, even if it is a shitty one. Why someone would buy that and not just spend the extra $1K to get an actual CBR is beyond me.

I had a Vespa P200 that had three speeds and a clutch and that's a legitimate scooter. Feet in the middle, engine on the rear tire, sketchy as hell. Auto clutch is not the identifier for scooters. 14" tires and a seat height of 20" sure help it. They make auto clutches for larger bikes now, and you can shift with your fingers.

But yes. for the 4K spent on that, there is so many better options. A CRF250L if you want small. A CBR 250, 300 or even 500. And each brand has

Well.

I'm going to offer an unpopular opinion.

The motorcyclist was right. That car should have given him ample space. Motorcyclists assume enough danger as it is, without cars trying to cut them off.

And that guy in the car has serious anger issues. What's up with the flying kick? That's not how you de-escalate a situation.

I'm glad the police got the car driver, and I hope he gets convicted of assault. That motorcyclist was minding his own business.

I agree that the car was in the wrong.

However, the motorcyclist clearly was wanting a fight and was all "let's fucking go" and shit until he got the shit beat out of him.

He should have just kept going along his drive but instead he pulled over and signaled the car to do the same specifically to escalate the situation and got exactly what he wanted.

The car started out wrong, the motorcyclist finished wrong and got the bad end of a physical confrontation as a result.

The car was at fault for bad driving, obviously.

However, in the state I live the person to exit their vehicle or get off their motorcycle first is the one who gets in actual legal trouble if there is an altercation. The driver of the car won't receive any charge but the motorcycle driver has the possibility of some fines and maybe jail time if his record's dirty.

I don't know what the law is in Texas, but surely stealing the GoPro must be a crime? It's also clear the car driver was trying to destroy evidence -- which is an indication he thought he was guilty of something -- no?
