Regardless, she was called out a few months ago for being a thief and you'd think she and her writers wouldn't dare come close to penning skits that could be seen as thievery. Home-shopping networks haven't been a "thing" since - what - mid 2000s? (I know they still exist, but they're nowhere near as popular as they used to be to make this a "relate-able" joke). Doing a skit like this almost ten years later makes things quite obvious.

Who makes the speech when a lowly employee fucks up big-time? The CEOs. You can't wiggle your way out of it with, "well, I didn't know." Them's the breaks of wearing the crown: Their "crimes" become your "crimes."
