Stop yelling at me!!! JK

This is a very interesting topic actually. In my opinion a bad outlook on life can (and usually does) lead to bad choices such as eating badly, smoking, drinking, hard drug use, doing risky practices, etc when under STRESS. Just having a negative outlook on life, but also being considerate of choices you make, I believe will not affect your health, only your mind.

Put your thumb here and we'll get this straightened out.

Edit: Oh, maybe I should say something about the substance of your comment too.

It's hard to isolate all the variables, but bad habits are definitely related. Maybe the negative attitude itself is just a minor factor.

Very true, isolating the true affecting variables are the root of all discrepancies and errors in any scientific study and theory.

I have meant many old timers with a negative outlook on life that have lived into their mid 80's. Conversely, my grandma is the most inspiration-ally positive (imho) 93 year old I have ever meant! So who knows!
