Alright guys, we're into the second day of week five. Almost done. Depending on the results of your latest test, continue with the appropriate week and column, even if it means you have to complete Week 3 or Week 4 again.
- If you managed 41 - 50 lunges, follow column 1.
- If you completed between 51 & 60, column 2 is for you.
- More than 60 consecutive lunges? Great work! You'll be following column 3.
Week 5, Day Three: pick the appropriate column depending on your latest test results
To the diligent hard chargers who've already completed this training program. Please, share the results from your final test and let @Native know what self chosen flair you would like for yourself as reward for completing the 200 lunges training program.
As always, remember that pain is your body's way of telling you that something is wrong. Pay attention. Take a break and let the body rest, heal, and recover. There's no harm in starting over again later and don't hesitate to share a training program here you think trp lurkers and posters might review and consider.
