Started on day 45. Doing two sets each of pushups, pullups, and dips for now. Hopefully I can stick with it for a while. You seeing a difference on day 45?
Yes, at day 49 i'm definitely visibly fit. My shoulders and arms are bigger (as I rotate between chin ups and sit ups) and the upper portion of my abs is tight. Now at this stage i've basically 'peaked' unless I do more sets and more pullups. And i've been lazy and haven't upped my sets, I literally just do as much as I can for 90-120 seconds. So it's NOT much at all however, my biggest improvement is in my posture as I was looking at pictures of me in the previous few months and my shoulders where rolled forward and now they are straight.
Whether you do 2 sets or 1 set or just 2 pushups, the point is simply to DO THEM. That's it. Simple.

Been upping my reps and just moved up the stack on the weights so I'm definitely making some improvements. I really want to put in more time like you mentioned.
