You have time for ONE little pullup.....

I recently was talking with someone and got inspired to use big weights to make all exercise quicker. 100 reps? Too time consuming. Just only ever do 10. If you do more, add weights do you can't do more than 10.

I feel like I'm independently arriving at the conclusion of 3 sets of 8. Who would've thought?
