We've accomplished 18 of this so far. I want to keep the ball rolling. Keep you guys focused on just knocking out one single push up with one single pull up.
@clamhurt_legbeard kicked this off and @Native's done an awesome job keeping this going. You all will just have to suffer through me this weekend as I give him a break. I'm about to knock out my saturday sixes as part of my warm up after this is posted. However, the only challenge ahead for you all is doing one pushup and one pull up.
That's it. Anything else that you might do beyond that is a bonus.

I recently was talking with someone and got inspired to use big weights to make all exercise quicker. 100 reps? Too time consuming. Just only ever do 10. If you do more, add weights do you can't do more than 10.
I feel like I'm independently arriving at the conclusion of 3 sets of 8. Who would've thought?

Yea. When I found out what prompted the latest ddos attack, I had to cross post the thread to poal.
edit: Odd thing though. Poal didn't report an ddosing following my post, so I was left to question the whole Epstein thing being the reason. Someone wanted voat inaccessible for another reason, so you just need to target one sub if you want voat down.
