If we don't start taking the culture war to every level of society, the next war the US finds itself in won't just be a loss, but will be a demographically devastating loss of life.

Would this be a bad thing? We have been fortunate in that we have never encountered a serious enemy. However i suspect that the next serious enemy will not be a government, but a counter culture ideology. Perhaps it will be a syndicate that succeeds in overthrowing a huge chunk of south america?

Unfortunately sometimes a huge loss of life is the only way to get the point across. "Every rule is written in blood" was a saying we had in the navy.

Never encountered a serious enemy?

Well, I don't know where you live, but in latin America people are murdered all the time, many countries are in war, America and Europe has lots of invaders that rape/murder people.

And we have media and politicians covering this stuff up.

I'd say we have plenty of enemies, but you're reason.

They are smaller parts of the large organism that is ideology.
