Hello fellow goats, recently some of us have been interested in Ketosis and why wouldnt we be? If we're going to maximize the efficiency of working out, we should rethink our diet too.
I alone have lost 10 pounds in a week of not even following my diet very strictly. This was huge for me because i was stuck at a plateu of weight that it seemed like no amount of exercise was getting me through. Thats because my diet was full of carbs and sugars...
Now the hardest part about cutting out carbs is that most recipies use breads/grains as a filler or delivery system and so it then feels like you cant eat 90% of the stuff you used to eat. While that has some truth to it, that doesnt mean your favorite recipies cant make an appearance with a few simple modifications.
Take one of my goto weekly meals: Tacos
Oh boy was i disapointed to find out that my taco shells had TWENTY-SIX GRAMS of carbs and the "healthy" variant has 16 grams
So im left with a couple options.
I can either just put all my fillings in a bowl and enjoy it that way, which isnt too bad, but i do miss my shells
Or
I can find a way to make my own shells using Almond and Coconut Flour
These shells end up with TWO, yes TWO grams of carbs per tortilla!

How would i use chicken as a pizza crust?
I was assuming i could modify my tortilla recipie to make a thin crust pizza
Also, solid no to grossiflower

I use canned chicken breast since it's easier, but mix the shredded pulled or whatever chicken, cheese preferably parmesan and eggs, preheat till it's dry then add toppings. Bad explanation, looking it up is easier, plenty of different recipes.
