Yesterday I went bowling and tested out this theory.
2 games at the bowling alley can easily add up to 40 squats. Plus you are holding a bowling ball to make it tougher.
Most people start their “wind up” standing straight. Instead squat down like lay a turd with the bears in the Forrest and then finish your release pose deeper than normal.
After I played 5 games my legs were really feeling it. I also bowl with a 12-14 pounder.
I bet if looked at your daily routine you could get in a few extra squats or lunges in during the day which would make the normal routine so much easier and faster.

Ha good point! I wish I could bowl though. It's the only 'sport' that I can't do well. Bowling is the only time that I can go for an hour a week for 3 months and actually become worse at....so I finally gave up.
