Week 1 Day 1
I know you've been waiting for this for awhile. Instead of doing pushups everyday we will do a 6 week program that at the end you will be able to do 100 consecutive pushups!

Because this program is focused only on 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) if you would like me to ping you when a new post comes out please say so.
I will officially kick this off on Monday, April 2nd

Do as many consecutive good form pushups in a row and establish your baseline and post your total below.
Mine was 38.
