And from the lengthy comment, written by a woman, also worth reading:
women seek men at all cost because they don’t think they have a tribe.
Her descriptions of women congregating fits with what I see in many social settings, and it also shows the value in males leading those groups. And she touches on the idea of women wanting to be dependent, and resenting not being able to be.
I must be very naive indeed to expect people on average to want to understand these impulses, or at least want to acknowledge them. But all I see are self-deceiving narcissists who crave manipulation techniques. I'm sure it happened sooner, but I really noticed this in the 1990s as the black reparation talk got mainstream. It's only snowballed since with manipulation of offensiveness and racial shame coming to absurd prominence in the public sphere.
Were people more honest before, or were they just more aware of their own natures? Something has changed in a specific way. Maybe this is cyclical, but technology has amplified it.

To expand on this. Women can't have a tribe without men.
What I mean by this is: Women can't create tribes on their own.
Men create tribes. Women join them.
If you want to see this illustrated perfectly, watch Bear Grylls's TV series The Island where an all-male group is placed on one island and an all-female group is on another.
That first long comment is as good as the article. In fact, it hits the main point of the article better. If you like the article, read superslaviswife’s comment too.
