I want to thank you for setting this up and regularly posting these. I joined late and have no interest in the flair but I saved the challenge to do the entire thing again at some point.

Minor complaint about day 23 and the hard number of "do 42 pull/chinups during the day." 42 would just about kill some while others I'm sure knocked that amount out during the 5/6 minute challenge. It probably would have worked better as "do a combined total of (max set * 4) over the course of the day" or something like that. But good stuff.

6 minute challenge is probably my favorite. I can get more reps in with mini rests between reps compared to longer sets and longer breaks.

I think I'm ready to add some weight now, so that'll be fun if my door frame can handle it.

For me, Day 1 : pull up Day 2 : rest Day 3 : pull up Day 4 : rest. And so on, its only 2weeks total exercises lol.

And i feel get more weight but in a goodway.
